The files "HERS2022_Microcosm_Exp_Plant_Data_03-07-25.csv", "HERS2022_Microcosm_Exp_N_Isotope_Data_04-17-24.csv", "HERS2022_Exp_Isotope_Analysis_Sample_Selection_02-21-24.csv", and "RAxML_bestTree.HERS2022_tree.txt" constitute the data used in the analysis. The file "HERS2022_R_Code_10-01-25.Rmd" contains the R code and annotations related to the data analysis.
