These are raw .fcs files for flow cytometry performed to assess CHIKV-specific responses in activation-induced marker (AIM) in PBMCs from CHIKV-infected donors (n = 19) tested against newly designed CHIKV epitope megapool (CHIKV S, CHIKV NS, CHIKV S+NS).
