AFibrisk is a free, web-based platform that consolidates 19 clinical scores to aid post-stroke AF risk assessment. We created 40 simulated stroke vignettes and obtained risk classifications from three expert electrophysiologists, using majority consensus as the reference standard. After excluding 11 cases without consensus, 29 vignettes were evaluated by 3 vascular neurologists, 4 cardiology residents, and 11 neurology residents. Evaluators used the AFibrisk platform to classify AF risk as high or low. Concordance with the reference standard and intra-group agreement were assessed using standard statistical tests.
