A cross-sectional survey was used with a stratified random sample (N = 257) of female bank employees in South Africa. The Organisational Culture Questionnaire, the Women in Management Questionnaire, the Personal Views Questionnaire, and the Capability for Gender Equality Questionnaire were administered.
