Description

This sequencing contains 73 genes associated with the occurrence and development of lung cancer, including important genes related to targeted therapy and drug resistance such as BRAF, ALK, RET, ROS1, MET, EGFR, KRAS, ERBB2 in the NCCN guidelines, as well as genes related to PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy such as MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, POLE, and genes related to chemotherapy drug toxicity and efficacy.
