Description

This dataset contains expert assessments and validation data used to analyze operational vulnerabilities contributing to construction delays in high-rise projects. The data include FDM scores, ISM matrices, MICMAC classifications, and field validation results from a Jakarta apartment construction project. The dataset supports the identification and structural modeling of cascading operational vulnerabilities in construction systems.

Steps to Reproduce Process expert assessment data using the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to obtain crisp values. Select critical vulnerabilities based on the acceptance threshold. Develop the SSIM, IRM, and FRM matrices. Perform ISM level partitioning and construct the hierarchical model. Conduct MICMAC analysis to classify vulnerabilities according to driving and dependence power. Validate the framework using the provided project case data and Spearman correlation analysis. Compare the results with those reported in the associated article.
