Replication Files: The Effect of Attribute Non-Attendance on Eco-Label Preferences

This dataset contains the full NLOGIT syntax used to replicate the estimation of MNL and LCM-ANA models presented in the article titled “The Effect of Attribute Non-Attendance (ANA) on Eco-Label Attribute Preferences: An Experimental Choice Analysis.” The dataset itself is confidential. However, the full computational code is provided in accordance with SAJE’s replication policy. Researchers may contact the corresponding author to request access to the original dataset.

Steps to reproduce
1. Install and open NLOGIT software. 2. Load the syntax file titled: NLOGIT_Syntax_All_Models_Ecolabel-ANA_Rusmani Musa.txt. 3. Ensure that your working directory matches the file path if syntax lines include directory references. 4. Run the MNL model first (Model 1) to reproduce baseline results under full attribute attendance. 5. Proceed to run each Latent Class Model (LCM-ANA) in sequence: . Model 1: Placement-constrained Model 2: Format-constrained Model 3: Format and Placement constrained (combined) 6. Compare the output with the model results and WTP estimates presented in Tables 5 and 8 of the article. 7. The dataset used in this study is confidential and has not been included. Researchers who wish to reproduce the full results must contact the corresponding author at rusmani@uum.edu.my to request access, subject to institutional review and approval.
