Needle Stick Injuries Among Nurses in Resource Limited Hospital Setting: Implications for Occupational Safety

This dataset contains anonymized survey data collected from 380 nurses as part of a cross-sectional study examining needlestick and sharps injuries (NSIs) in healthcare settings. The aim of the study was to explore the prevalence of NSIs, identify workplace and individual factors associated with these injuries, assess reporting and post-exposure practices, and evaluate nurses' knowledge and perceptions of occupational safety.
