SUPPLEMENTAL FIGURE LEGEND Supplemental Figure 1: Several months prior to her presentation for the vulvar lesion, the patient presented with an intensely pruritic, oval plaque with central ulceration and surrounding induration. It was initially suspected to be a bullous allergic contact dermatitis or arthropod reaction given the epidermal necrosis and superficial and deep T-cell infiltrate with eosinophils noted on histology.
