Description

This dataset contains numerical data supporting the main article and supplementary material of the manuscript entitled “Pressure- and temperature-dependent polymorph evolution during microbially induced calcium carbonate precipitation: An in situ Raman study”. It includes experimental pressure and temperature conditions spanning 0.10-24.60 MPa and 4-50 °C; in situ Raman spectra used to identify calcite and vaterite; and X-ray diffraction patterns of precipitates recovered from the pressure-series experiments. Additional data include equivalent circular diameters (ECD) of Raman-identified calcite and vaterite particles after 24 h, changes in equivalent circular diameter (ΔECD) used to characterize particle growth, calcite-to-vaterite integrated peak-area ratios and their normalized values, and reference intensity ratio (RIR)-corrected semiquantitative phase contributions. Data are organized in Excel workbooks to facilitate reuse and support the interpretation of pressure- and temperature-dependent polymorph evolution and particle growth during microbially induced calcium carbonate precipitation.
