Schematic representation of molecular stratification using the 487- 138 gene expression profile (487-GEP) and its association with differential therapeutic response in 139 atopic dermatitis. Patients with a JAKi Responder Profile demonstrate higher EASI-90 140 achievement and faster response kinetics than those with a Th2-targeted therapy, whereas 141 patients with a Th2 Molecular Profile show comparable responses across treatment classes
