This dataset contains raw fluorescence microscopy images and corresponding image quantification files supporting the study “Planar polarization of endogenous ADIP during Xenopus neurulation,” published in Biology Open. Raw data consist of original images of Xenopus laevis embryos and explants acquired during neurulation to document endogenous ADIP localization under control and experimental conditions. Quantification files include processed outputs from a reproducible image analysis pipeline, such as polarity measurements, intensity profiles, and statistical data used for figure generation in the manuscript.
