This dataset contains anonymized clinical, pathological, and molecular data of 100 patients with early-onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC) treated at University Medical Center, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, between 2016 and 2020. Variables include demographic characteristics, tumor features, treatment details, survival outcomes, and results from a targeted 21-gene mutation panel. The dataset was used to evaluate prognostic factors and survival outcomes in EOCRC.
