Description

21 samples of zucchini leaves have been collected under control treatment (0% compost, n=5), 5% compost per volume of soil and 10% compost. Each hyperspectral picture has a raw file and a hdr file, together with its white reference and dark reference that both have raw and hdr files, for a total of 6 files for each picture. For each image sample, 4 regions of interest (ROI) have been generated as raw, processed masks and relative JSON data made of average ROI reflectance and standard deviation. Contour overlays are also provided on leaf sample for all ROIs. Lab tests include both hyperspectral and destructive laboratory data for each leaf sample.
