Description

Data and computer code reproducing every table, figure, model result and quoted statistic in "Posted price paths and committed introductory terms in US residential broadband". The paper recovers posted broadband price paths from the US Broadband Consumer Label mandate, using Internet Archive captures of Comcast's machine-readable label file and Optimum's cumulative label directory. The archive contains the derived label panels, the Urban Rate Survey and SEC extracts, the dynamic oligopoly model code and its output, and the frozen primary captures behind every claim that rests on a web archive. Running 07_facts_tables_figures.py recomputes every statistic the paper quotes in Sections 3, 4 and 5 and prints it beside the published value with a match or mismatch verdict. As shipped it reports 459 checks, 459 matches, no mismatches. The Broadband Data Collection availability files are the one input documented but not redistributed, because of their size. No result in the paper draws on them. Everything else needed to reproduce the reported results is included. See readme.txt inside the archive for the full file inventory, the software environment, and the step by step run instructions.
