Description

This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Matrix-to-fiber load transfer in hybrid concrete reinforced with BFRP minibars: Experiments and inverse analysis". It contains experimental and processed data for concrete reinforced with basalt fiber-reinforced polymer (BFRP) minibars, with or without chopped basalt fibers (BF) and polypropylene fibers (PP). The four groups studied in the manuscript are S1/Run15 (BFRP only), B4/Run10 (BFRP-BF), B9/Run16 (BFRP-PP), and T3/Run11 (BFRP-BF-PP). The core files include load-CMOD curves, acoustic-emission events and CMOD mapping, digital-image-correlation-derived crack-opening inputs, fracture-surface fiber geometry, inverse-analysis parameters, load contributions, individual-fiber states, and local sensitivity results. The adopted inverse-analysis result contains 344 fitting frames and 300 fiber geometry records. Matrix and BFRP load contributions are model estimates, not separately measured forces. Additional folders retain historical processing, extended experimental groups, and original mechanical TDMS and acoustic-emission DTA files. Historical figure numbers and analysis versions must not be interpreted as current manuscript results; the README identifies the adopted data entry. The fracture-surface folder contains processed distribution tables, not the original photographs or Excel workbooks. Complete raw DIC image sequences and a confirmed numerical source table for manuscript Figure 23 are not included. Folder and file names and README documentation are provided in English. Historical reports, code comments, and table contents retain their original language and values. Numerical data, units, missing-value flags, and raw acquisition files are preserved. A file inventory and checksums document the package. Some archived scripts and JSON records retain historical local paths; end-to-end reproduction from raw data has not been validated in this reorganized directory.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download README.md, group_code_mapping.csv, file_inventory.csv, and all six numbered ZIP archives. Extract the archives into the same directory; each archive contains its corresponding numbered folder. 2. Use group_code_mapping.csv to relate S1, B4, B9, and T3 to experimental Run15, Run10, Run16, and Run11. Start with 01_Core_Manuscript_Data for the current manuscript. 3. The adopted inverse-analysis pointer is 01_Core_Manuscript_Data/06_Inverse_Analysis/step9/CURRENT_ADOPTED_RESULT.json. The corresponding result folder is combined_final_unanchored_best_20260914. Use its CONTRACT.json and selected_eight_parameters.csv together with selected_all344_curves.csv and the group-specific outputs. 4. The 344 fitting frames are distinct from the 359 stored history states and the 4870-row time mapping. The current geometry contains 300 records. Some filenames retain earlier record counts; inspect the current tables and version records. 5. P_N denotes experimental load; P_pred_N is predicted load; P_host_N and P_fiber_N are model-decomposed contributions. The compact inverse table uses N; load_kN uses kN and cmod_mm uses mm. Preserve NA, NOT_REQUESTED, and source flags in COD inputs. 6. Use the local sensitivity folders only for their stated perturbation cases. Historical processing and extended groups are supplied for provenance and should not replace the adopted results. 7. Consult file_inventory.csv for filenames and SHA-256 checksums. Historical scripts and embedded local paths require adaptation before reuse. This deposit preserves the available data and code; it does not claim a tested one-command reconstruction of every manuscript figure.
