Description

We investigated the relationship among being envied, social loafing, ostracism, social courage, and individual deviant behavior. Being envied is the independent variable, social loafing and ostracism are mediators, and social courage is the moderating variable. We analyzed the research model using SEM and Hayes PROCESS Macra (Model 1).
