Description

MS2 tracking data for sog enhancer deletions. Data has been processed to combine all movies of each genotype.

Steps to reproduce

Data was constructed from multiple Imaris .csv files where each movie was assigned an index and concatenated into a single .csv. Additionally, MS2 foci were assigned to nuclei, and those nuclei were assigned a spatial bin based on their distance from a manually annotated line of ventral repression that occurs in NC14
