Steps to reproduce

Use those data (The ERA5 reanalysis data and its 10 ensemble members from https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/cdsapp#!/dataset/10.24381/cds.bd0915c6?tab=form. FNL (Final) Operational Global Analysis data from https://rda.ucar.edu/datasets/ds083.2. Global Ensemble Forecast System (GEFS) data from https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/data-access/model-data/model-datasets/global-ensemble-forecast-system-gefs) and WRF version 3.8.1 (https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/src/WRFV3.8.1.TAR.gz) with the configuration files here to produce initial background and samples described in the article.
