The data set consists of 2 sections: i ) Demographic profile of the respondents ii) thirty-five items measuring Holistic, Strategic, Vision, Empowerment, Information, Internality, Learning, and Synergy from the learning organization scale. Data consist of 950 responses from school teachers through self-reported questionnaires.
