The following three exclusion criteria were applied, and 670 pairs of dosimeter readings were finally included. 1) Dosimeter readings of workers performing radiation oncology or nuclear medicine procedures 2) Cases wherein both dosimeter readings were below the detection limit 3) Cases wherein one of two dosimeters was missing The data were classified into the misuse group (Hp(10)over/Hp(10)under <5) and the proper use group (Hp(10)over/Hp(10)under ≥5). According to interview data, the misuse group was further classified into the next subgroups: “not specified,” “sometimes reversed,” “reversed,” “both over,” “both under,” and “without apron.”
