Supplementary material #1: The document includes the methods and key findings of: (i) the stakeholder workshop held in Andrah Pradesh (India) in February/2019 to gather the context-specific information used in the risk assessment, and (ii) the description of the variables used for the Multiple Correspondence Analysis/Cluster analysis and characterisation of the dairy products. Supplementary material #2 :The document includes the risk profiles of the foodborne pathogens considered in the risk assessment. Supplementary material #3: The Excel file presents the manufacturing processes of the dairy products considered in the risk assessment.
