Code and derived datasets for reanalysis uncertainty in daily Tmax and Tmin over the Tibetan Plateau (1980–2018)
Description
This repository contains analysis code and derived, non-restricted outputs supporting the figures and conclusions of the manuscript, including station-wise evaluation metrics, trend estimates, and temperature-extreme and frost-threshold indices. CMA station daily Tmax/Tmin observations are third-party restricted and are not redistributed; reanalysis inputs are publicly available from their official providers.

Steps to reproduce
1. Create and activate the environment conda env create -f environment.yml conda activate tp_reanalysis_env 2. Launch Jupyter 3. Run notebooks Open the notebooks and run all cells in the following folders to reproduce figures: * Figure1/ for Fig. 1 * Validation/ for Fig. 2–5 * Trend_analysis/ for Fig. 6 * Indices_analysis/ for Fig. 7–8 Figures are saved to the output paths specified in the notebooks (or the current working directory). Notes on data This repository includes code and derived, non-restricted outputs required to reproduce the figures. Restricted CMA station daily Tmax/Tmin observations are not redistributed. Reanalysis inputs are publicly available from official providers.
