Steps to reproduce
The grain size analysis was conducted with a Mastersizer-2000 instrument. AMS 14C dating were performed by Beta Analytic Inc., Miami, Florida, USA. The clay minerals were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) on oriented mounts of clay-size particles (<2 μm) at Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
