Time-dependent analysis of the reaction mixtures of JAL-TA9 and Aβ11-29. 0.05 mM Aβ11-29 was incubated either (a) without or (b) with 0.2 mM JAL-TA9. 0.05 mM Aβ11-29 was incubated either (c) without or (d) with 0.2 mM GSGFR.The reaction mixtures were analyzed by HPLC. Peaks observed after incubation were fractionated and applied by ESI-MS analysis. Cleavage sites were summarized (e) and (f).
