This is data sets for long-term zooplankton data in the Sea of Japan. We put R script and data sets. When use this data, you must cite Hirota and Hasegawa (Hirota Y., Hasegawa S. 1999 The zooplankton biomass in the Sea of Japan. Fish Oceanogr 8(4), 274-283. doi:10.1046/j.1365-2419.1999.00116.x), and our paper (submitted, when accepted we will add). In addition, you can only use "Sea of Japan" , "Japan Sea", or "日本海”, and the other names of this area are banned, when you use this data set in your documents.
