This dataset highlights the interactions between plants, pollinators and pathogens in green spaces. The data were collected in Milan, Italy, a highly urbanised city with a well-distributed network of green areas. The data provide insights into these interactions in six green areas of different categories (historic parks, modern parks and roundabouts). The dataset is particularly relevant for research aimed at understanding and mitigating threats to pollinator health and biodiversity in urban environments, where the interaction between managed and wild bees is a major concern.
