Raw and source data generated for publication "Insights into the regulation of VPS13 family bridge-like lipid transfer proteins from the structure of VPS13C." A summary slides in the root directory explains in detail how each piece of raw data fit into result section in the main text. The dataset contains ChimeraX sessions and PyMOL files showing the structural interpretations, as well as all raw uncropped and cropped and processed western blotting images and SDS-PAGE gel photos to enhance reproducibility of this study. The datasets are organized by the # of the figure where a particular piece of data contributes to. And within each figure folder, a figure panel folder contains the raw dataset contributing to a particular panel.
