This dataset contains statements by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Ukraine in the context of the geopolitical crisis and internal political consolidation between February 2022 and December 2025. It consists of 126 presidential speeches directly related to Ukraine, comprising a text corpus of approximately 750,000 words, drawn from over 2,000 speeches published on the Kremlin's official website.
