Description

This dataset contains the optimization data for primer concentration and reaction conditions of the Recombinase Aided Amplification (RAA) method, as well as the specificity and sensitivity detection data. Additionally, it includes detection data from clinical testing using both the RAA method and the Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) method. The dataset comprises the following: 1.Optimization Data: Primer concentration and reaction conditions for the RAA method were optimized to achieve the most efficient amplification results. Photographs of the results from the colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strips are provided. 2.Specificity and Sensitivity Data: The specificity of the RAA method was tested against Feline Calicivirus, Feline Panleukopenia Virus, and Feline Herpesvirus Type 1 to ensure that the assay only detects the target pathogen. Sensitivity was determined by the lowest concentration of the target analyte that could be reliably detected. Photographs of the results from
