The data are derived from authoritative data platforms such as the China Meteorological Data Network, the National Earth System Science Data Center, the Resource and Environmental Science Data Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the geospatial data cloud, and refer to official statistical data such as the " China Statistical Yearbook, " the " China Urban Statistical Yearbook, " the " Water Resources Bulletin " and the " Water Conservancy Statistical Yearbook. " Combined with the data, a TOPSIS water resources resilience measurement model based on game theory combination weighting is constructed.
