Maarten KoleDescription
Raw data for Figure 1 (single- versus double cable) as well as additional circuit implementations. The numbers reflect optimized solutions for various electrical parameters. The columns "error-soma" and "error-axon" are showing the total mean square error (MSE) for each current injection with respect to the experimentally recorded subthreshold voltage transients. Cells #1 to #6 are each within different worksheets. Row titles are listing the distinct circuit implementations. The hypothesis is that the lowest mean square error solution provides an objective measure to assess which local circuit is present within the internodes.
