Description

This dataset contains VOC measurements in ambient air and smoke during wildfire events on a Moscow, Idaho dairy farm compared to two other Idaho cities, Lewiston and Boise. From 2019 to 2022, Tenax TA sorbent tubes were used to passively sample the sites weekly, followed by quantification of 21 VOCs via thermal desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (TD-GC-MS), including benzene (a human carcinogen), toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes (BTEX).
