Summary of the field data obtained, which was organised in relation to different patterns and factors linked to nursing accountability

Steps to reproduce

It would need an extended period of participant observation (a year minimum) by a researcher who is trained in both qualitative research and Nursing. That researcher need to be new in the field, preferably with no limited experience in Emergency Nursing practice to avoid common biasis linked to experience.
