MTC-COAD: Morphology-to-Transcriptome Transfer for Colorectal Adenocarcinoma
Description
This dataset contains the complete quantified results from a three-stage frozen analysis evaluating whether H&E whole-slide image representations predict spatial gene expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma (COAD), including externally sealed transfer from HEST COAD to publicly available 10x Visium HD samples. Stage 1 compares ResNet-50 with RGB-moment baselines on HEST COAD (4 patients, 50-gene panel). Stage 2 evaluates a GenBio-PathFM replacement model on the same patients. Stage 3 is a permanently sealed one-shot evaluation on 3 independent public Visium HD CRC patients (P1CRC, P2CRC, P5CRC; GEO GSE280318). All thresholds, metrics, and gates were frozen before external outcome access; Stage 3 was sealed on 20 July 2026. The package includes stage-level, fold-level, gene-level, model-level, and sample-level metrics together with evaluation seals, manifests, receipts, and SHA256 integrity verification.
