Steps to reproduce

1. Data Access & Environment Setup : Set up development environment (Python in Jupyter Notebook or VS Code). Secure access to X data by registering for a developer account on the X Developer Portal to obtain API credentials 2. Data Extraction & Collection (Scraping/Crawling): Write a script to query data based on specific keywords, hashtags, or account handles. Store the raw text along with metadata (timestamp, engagement metrics) 3. Data Preprocessing & Cleaning: Raw social media text is highly unstructured. Apply a text cleaning pipeline to prepare the data 4. Sentiment Analysis: Run the cleaned text through your chosen sentiment analysis model
