Description

Plyometrics offer various advantages including strength development, speed enhancement, increased power, and improved muscle tone. Numerous studies have supported these benefits. However, further research is needed to explore the cardiovascular effects of plyometrics. This study aims to see the efficacy of a 4 week plyometric warmup exercises on aerobic and anaerobic capacity in gym going individuals.
