Description

This data are numerical values of the stages involved during the spark plasma sinteirng (SPS) of Ti-Ta-Zr powders. They captured the densification behaviour and powder densification rates respectively. Also included are the data points obtained from the X-ray diffraction of the polycrystalline alloy that was finally fabricated from the SPS process. Thermal transport behaviour of each sintered products as a function of temperature and material compositions are also captured by this data. The thermal measurements techniques utilized include: thermal diffusivity by laser flash and phase transformation by differential scanning calorimetry.
