Description

The stress-strain and fracture acoustic emission dataset of high-strength concrete for metro tunnel lining contains lining cracks, water leakage, concrete fractures, stress-strain data and acoustic emission data.

Steps to reproduce

First, high-definition cameras are used to photograph and collect images of lining cracks and water seepage in the tunnel near Wenchanglu Station on Wuhan Urban Rail Transit Line 8. The force-bearing characteristics of the tunnel are analyzed. According to the manufacturing scheme of tunnel lining concrete, gravel, cement, sand, slag powder, fly ash, and water are selected as raw materials, and concrete samples are prepared with a mass ratio of gravel : cement : sand : slag powder : fly ash : water = 0.443 : 0.167 : 0.314 : 0.021 : 0.013 : 0.042. After the concrete samples are poured and cured, a core drill machine is used for sampling to obtain standard cylindrical concrete specimens with a diameter of 50 mm and a height of 100 mm. The Electro-hydraulic Servo-controlled Rock Mechanics Testing System (MTS815.04) is used to conduct uniaxial / triaxial compression tests and cyclic loading-unloading tests under different stress levels.
