Description

This data is uploaded for publication reference. It includes a summary of all gene clusters and their annotated functions outputted from multi-omics platform anvi'o 8. It is build using six acetic acid bacterial genomes. Three are spoilage isolates (LX5, LX9, and LX16) from apple juice, and three are type strains (DSM 4491, LMG 1617, and LMG 24244). All genomes used for be found on NCBI.
