This dataset contains simulation input files, topologies, and visualisations of hydrophobically modified chondroitin sulphate. Results presented in the following article are based on data obtained from simulations presented in this dataset. For more details, please consult the included Readme.pdf document.

Steps to reproduce

Instructions are contained within the Readme.pdf file. The instructions assume some familiarity with the GROMACS molecular dynamics simulation package and POSIX-compatible command-line interface. The repository includes input data for reproduction. Where relevant, comments are placed within the files.
