Description

The CRISPR/Cas9 genome-editing tool was used to knock out the expression of USP8 (USP8-KO) in SUM159 cells. Knockout of USP8 was confirmed by western blot analysis using antibodies against USP8 and GAPDH. Raw data and raw data with molecular weigh labelled.
