Description

We conducted a spatial proteomic analysis to delineate the heterogeneity within retinoblastoma samples exhibiting optic nerve invasion, comparing optic nerve invasion (ONI) group and intraretinal group.The attached files present the differentially expressed genes obtained via t-test analysis between two groups, along with differentially expressed proteins identified through Mfuzz clustering and KEGG pathway analysis.
