Steps to reproduce
USDA Protein Food Ounce Equivalents (available from MyPlate: https://www.myplate.gov/eat-healthy/protein-foods) were mapped to foods in the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, Legacy Release (https://doi.org/10.15482/USDA.ADC/1529216) with full Essential Amino Acid (EAA) profiles. Nutrient amounts were scaled to serving size based on weight. EAA-9 Equivalents of food were calculated using EAA-9 scores (EAA-9 Methodology: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.tjnut.2023.06.004).
