This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Bile acids mediate liver-bone marrow crosstalk" (Esmaili et al., iScience). It contains mouse-derived source data and R code underlying the paper's figures. Source data: Flow cytometry — bone-marrow HSPC compositions from the xenograft tumor study, the 4-diet study, and the SC-435 intervention… Phenotypic measurements, qPCR readouts, bile-acid measurements (UPLC–MS)… R code: flow cytometry preprocessing/clustering, RNA-seq DGE/GSEA, bile-acid composition analysis. README inside maps scripts to figure panels. Six-diet flow cytometry data are deposited separately under Mendeley DOI 10.17632/sfng2h249n.3.
