Description

Tumours exploit abnormal vasculature to facilitate progression and treatment resistance. In-depth study of the tumour vasculature can reveal the mechanisms and consequences of dysregulated tumour angiogenesis and trigger new treatment strategy. Integrating 381 single-cell transcriptomes, we dissected the tumour vasculature at single-cell resolution and established a pan-cancer tumour endothelial cell (TEC) atlas. ECs were identified in silico, and up to 63,320 ECs comprising 37,367 TECs and 25,953 NECs were pooled.
