Dataset for: Insurance-Driven Switching and Real-World Treatment Outcomes of Janus Kinase Inhibitors in Alopecia Areata: A Retrospective Cohort Study
Description
This dataset contains supplementary figures associated with the manuscript: “Insurance-Driven Switching and Real-World Treatment Outcomes of Janus Kinase Inhibitors in Alopecia Areata: A Retrospective Cohort Study.” Included are four supplementary figures providing additional analyses of treatment response and model validation: 1. Supplementary Figure S1: Patient-level and group-level SALT trajectories among JAK inhibitor switchers, stratified by reason for switching (insurance vs efficacy), illustrating changes from baseline through sequential therapies. 2. Supplementary Figure S2: Adjusted regression model estimates of factors associated with percent scalp regrowth, including treatment duration, line of therapy, drug type, and patient characteristics. 3. Supplementary Figure S3: Residual diagnostics (DHARMa) for the beta mixed-effects model, demonstrating appropriate model fit without major violations. 4. Supplementary Figure S4: Diagnostic plots for the post-switch linear mixed model, including residual and fit assessments supporting model validity. These supplementary materials support the primary analyses by providing detailed visualization of longitudinal treatment response patterns and statistical model performance. All data are de-identified.
