Optical network soft failure dataset

Description

Network has 756 lightpaths. Training and test datasets have QoT parameter values for 900 and 300 time sample points, respectively, for each lightpath and each label, viz., no failure, ECL-, EDFA-, and NLI-related soft failures. Each time sample point has five features, namely, lightpath length (km), ECL operating current (mA), received optical power (dBm), OSNR (dB), and BER (dB).
