This dataset consists of the data used in the study 'Prebiotic chemical synthetic networks driven by hydrothermal minerals' The "free_energy_prediction" folder stores the model code and model weights for free energy prediction. The "molecules of 6 layers in M-CRN" folder stores the basic structure of M-CRN and the molecules within its 6-layer network. The "routes of 36 molecules" folder stores the generation pathway diagrams of 36 key molecules in M-CRN. The raw data for Fig. 2A, Fig. 3A, and Fig. 4 are provided in the corresponding .xlsx files, and the raw structure for Fig. 1A is provided in the corresponding .html file.
