This dataset contains the supporting materials for the Systematic Literature Review titled “Work-Related Antecedents of Work-Life Conflict: A Systematic Review”. The dataset includes: Data Extraction Table – A comprehensive table summarizing all studies included in the review, with details on author, year, country, methodology, sample, theoretical foundation, variables, and key findings. PRISMA Flow Figure – A visual representation of the study selection process, including identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages. All data in this repository were generated by the authors during the systematic review process. No copyrighted full-text articles are included.
